Robert B. Ware, 79, of Franklin, and a former Framingham and Millers Creek, N.C. resident, died Wednesday Nov. 17, 2010 at his home. He was the husband for 55 years to Patricia S. (Sjoquist) Ware, until her death in 2009. Born in South St. Paul, Minn., May 27, 1931 a son of the late Clifford and Loretta (Gallagher) Ware, he was raised in New York, and was a graduate of Xavier Military Academy in Manhattan. He was the retired president of Ware Associates, an IT consulting firm with offices in Groton, Conn. and Hudson, Mass. He was a former communicant of St. Bridget Church in Framingham, and a lector, Eucharistic minister, and president of the Mens Club at St. Francis of Assisi Church in Jefferson, N.C. He was a current communicant of St. Marys Church in Franklin, and was an avid Red Sox fan, and enjoyed cooking. He is survived by three sons; Michael F.X. Ware of Westfield, Timothy W. and Matthew M. Ware of Plano, Texas, two daughters; Kathleen M. Brown of Franklin with whom he lived, and Therese A. Feldman of East Lyme, Conn. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren. He was the father of the late Christopher P. Ware. Relatives and friends were invited to attend his funeral Mass Monday Nov. 22, at 10 a.m. in St. Marys Church 1 Church Sq. Franklin. Interment took place on Tuesday at the family lot in Elm Grove Cemetery, Mystic, Conn. Calling hours are respectfully omitted.
