Rosemarie (Schraffa) Lovey DiTullio, 85, of Franklin, died Wednesday October 1, 2014 at the Blaire House in Milford. She was the wife of the late Alfred R. DiTullio who died in 2010. Born in East Boston, August 29, 1929 a daughter of the late Joseph and Rose (Brianna) Schraffa, she was raised and educated in Boston, and had lived in Newton and Westwood, before moving to Franklin 10 years ago. Mrs. DiTullio, was a retired homemaker, and was an active member of the Franklin Senior Citizens, and enjoyed travel, bingo, and making friends. She was known as the Social Butterfly. She is survived by 3 sons, Richard D. DiTullio and his wife Tammy of Marlborough, Stephen A. DiTullio and his wife Cari of Middletown, Wisconsin, Michael J. DiTullio and his wife Tricia of Franklin, 1 daughter Diane M. Brophy and her husband Paul of Douglas, a brother Robert Schraffa of Newton, 12 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. She is also the mother of the late Carolyn J. DiTullio. Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral Saturday Oct. 4th, at 8:15AM from the Charles F. Oteri & Son Franklin Funeral Home, 33 Cottage St. with a funeral Mass in St. Marys Church, Franklin at 9AM. Interment will follow in the family lot in Newton Cemetery. Calling hours are Friday 4-7PM.
