William James Bradley, III, 52, of Ridgewood, passed away Friday, March 22nd. Beloved husband of Linda (nee: Edelman). Loving and devoted father of twins Rachel Lynn and Sarah Beth. Cherished son of Mae Bradley and the late William James Bradley, Jr. caring brother and best friend of Sharon Rukes and her husband William, and admired uncle of Christopher. Born in Camp Pendleton, CA, to a military family, Bill spent his high school years in Billerica, MA. He received his undergraduate degree with distinction from the Virginia Military Institute and served as an Infantry Officer in the U.S. Marine Corps
from 1982 to 1986, earning many honors of distinction. Thereafter, Bill graduated from the University of Richmond School of Law, where he served as Notes and Comments Editor for the Richmond Law Review. He began his law career as an associate for McGuire Woods in Richmond, Virginia, and went on to become partner with Akin, Gump, Strauss, Hauer & Feld in New York City. At the time of his death, he was a principal partner of Malaby & Bradley in New York City. Family and friends visited Thursday, Mar. 28, 11am to 12:30pm at the Feeney Funeral Home, 232 Franklin Avenue, Ridgewood, NJ. Funeral Service commenced at 12:30pm, followed by burial at George Washington Memorial Park in Paramus, NJ.
