Philip J. Rymsha, 64, of Harvard died unexpectedly on April 23, 2013. He was born in Cambridge, MA on Sept. 18, 1948 son of the late Michael and Hedwig (Hryniewich) Rymsha. He grew up in Wayland and was a graduate of Wayland High School, class of 1966. Phillip received a Bachelors Degree in Engineering from Western New England College. He worked at Ft. Devens for many years as a civil engineer and also owned and operated Phils U Pick Apple Orchard for 32 years . He was a member of Mass Audubon, and Holy Trinity Parish in Harvard. Phil was an avid windsurfer and snowboarder and taught snowboarding at Stratton Mt. VT. Mr. Rymsha is survived by his wife of 17 years Barbara (Patient) Rymsha of Harvard, a sister Peggy and her husband frank d Cafarella of Marion and a twin brother Fred and his wife Janet Rymsha of Santa Cruz, CA 7 nieces and nephews and 9 Great nieces and nephews. A Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday April 27, 2013 at Holy Trinity Parish, St. River Road, Harvard, MA at 11 am. There will be no visiting hours Burial will be at North Cemetery in Wayland.
