Marjorie Keizer Obituary

SHIRLEY- Marjorie Keizer Marjorie I. (Ayers) Keizer, 84, of Shirley, formerly of Acton, died Monday, Sept. 22, 2014 in her home. Her Husband Ira D. Keizer died in 1982 Marjorie was born on March 27, 1930 in Lowell Massachusetts of a daughter of the late Merton H. and Marion E. (Dutton) Ayers. She grew up in Concord and spent much of her adult life as a resident of Acton before moving to Melbourne Florida. For the last several years she resided in Shirley Massachusetts with her daughter and son in-law. Marjorie, Grand Marge o r just Marge to her friends, loved family, cooking, doing puzzles and excelled at crosswords. She always had a smile for everyone. Marjorie leaves her daughter Victoria Saganich and her husband Al of Shirley and son Bradford Keizer and his wife Kathy of Rutland; five grandchildren, John Keizer and his wife Veronica, Jeremy Keizer and his wife Shannon and Alicia Medici all in FLorida, AJ Saganich and Jackie Sagnich both of Shirley; two great-grandchildren, Julia Keizer and Sean Whitehead; a sister, Florence Hart of Somerville. In addition to her husband she is predeceased by a daughter, Shelia Keizer who died in 2005 and a sister Edith Ayers who died Sept. 16, 2014. Marjorie will b e buried alongside her husband in the Massachusetts National Cemetery in Bourne at a later date. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Disabled American Veterans society at www.davma.org or directly at: Disabled American Veterans, State House, Room 546, Boston, MA 02133.
