Robert R. Crandall Sr.

Robert R. Crandall Sr., 87, of Rye, NH passed away peacefully on Monday, January 9, 2017. Born in Schenectady, NY, he was the son of the late Elmer Crandall and the late Anne Miko Crandall of Schenectady, NY. He was the loving husband of 63 years to Virginia Jean Crandall, of Rye, NH. Robert was a graduate of Bates College in Lewiston, Maine. He worked most of his career in regional sales management at Johnson & Johnson, Health Care Products division. He enjoyed spending time with his family, travel, and he and his entire family spent many years over many generations at Wallis Sands Beach in Rye, NH where Bob and Virginia built a home. Besides his wife, Bob is survived by his three children, Carolyn Mauger of South Berwick, ME, Robert R Crandall Jr of Maywood, NJ, and Mark C Crandall of Northborough, MA and his five grandchildren, Mark, Rebecca, Tucker, Taylor, and Garrett. At this time there will be no services however the family is planning on a memorial serv- ice at the cemetery at the Rye Congregational Church sometime in the late spring.
