Ann B. Annie (Hudson) Druker, of Braintree, formerly of Chelsea and Liverpool, England, passed away peacefully Dec. 28, 2013, surrounded by her loving family, at the age of 81. Ann was born, raised and educated in Liverpool, England. She then immigrated to the United States where she met her husband, Hershel, and they began a family. A talented interior decorator, Ann opened a shop in Weymouth, Anns Window Shop, in 1971, which she ran for over 40 years. Ann is survived by her beloved husband, Hershel Druker, former Chelsea Police Detective and retired Chief Court Officer at Suffolk Superior Court; loving mother of Linda Druker and her wife Jennifer Miller of Jamaica Plain, Catherine Allen of Braintree and Brian Druker of Braintree; dear grandmother of Rebecca Allen of Washington, DC, Rachel Allen of Chestnut Hill, Erika Druker of Marstons Mills and Zoe Miller Druker of Jamiaca Plain; niece of Margaret Kirkpatrick North of Braintree and the late Ellen Harvey Kelleher; devoted friend of Rose and Joseph Summers of Southport, England. Reposing was at the Cartwright-Venuti Funeral Home, 845 Washington St., Braintree, until 9:15 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 2, followed by a funeral Mass at 10 a.m. in St. Clare Church, 1244 Liberty St., Braintree.
