To the Connolly family,
I will miss Mr. Connolly greatly. He was my neighbor for 24 years. He and his family were part of our (My wife and children and I) life for those many years, and I cherished talking with him as he say on his front porch or on the sidewalk. He was a wonderful and kind person. He kept an eye on my house most everday, and was always asking how my family was. He was a gentle soul and"left flowers" wherever he walked. He will be missed by all who knew him.

Dear Connolly Family
We always enjoyed watching Mr & Mrs Connolly going for their daily walks. They would always stop & say hello and Mr Connolly would love talking with the children and they enjoyed talking with him. We will miss seeing him sitting on the porch giving all the neighbors a wave.
Our prayers are with you

The end of an amazing life.
Jim's friendship and good-neighborness were a significant part of the Academy Street Aura.
He and Jean were the neighborhood ambassadors, town criers, and 2person neighborhood watch.
All within their influence were made the richer by knowing them, and by observing the way they lived a life together- experiencing its joys and challenges with grace..

Dear Brian,
We are saddened to hear the news of your Dad passing. We have fond memories of fishing Popponesset with your parents. Occasionally we had the pleasure of seeing your Dad at the grocery store. Always with a smile on his face, willing to share a story. Your Dad was a great man, of a great generation and will be sadly missed. My rest in eternal peace with those gone before him.
God Bless.
