James Warren Mandell of Canton, formerly of Hull, entered into rest Dec. 1, 2013, at the age of 63. Beloved husband of Chrissy Clark, he was the devoted father of Paul Mandell of Needham and Michael Mandell and his wife Erica of Easton. Loving brother of Linda Fine and her husband Michael of Hingham and Andrew Mandell and his wife Susan of Palmer. Cherished grandfather of Paul Mandell Jr. and Harper Mandell. Jim is also survived by his former wife, Gayle Pennington of Stoughton; and his mother and father-in-law, Stephen and Joan Clark. Jim also leaves behind several nieces and nephews. Jim was a dedicated and beloved employee of Cumberland Farms and BJs Wholesale Club for many years. He was an avid sports fan, as a player, coach and spectator. He loved to work with kids and was a former coach of Little League and Babe Ruth baseball in Hull and Brockton. He was a NE Patriots season ticket holder for over 20 years and also enjoyed playing golf. He loved to travel to warm climates, especially Aruba and Arizona. Known for his great sense of humor, quick wit, and love of people, he easily made friends wherever he went. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
