Donna M. Porter 71 , of Bridgton Maine, formally of Danvers MA passed away on June 25, 2012 at her home with Family at her side. Mrs. Porter was born May 12, 1941 to Harold Eaton and Marion (Edwards) Eaton. After attending Essex Aggie she married Warren Porter on December 31, 1958. She was employed by the Town of Danvers for 28 years retiring in 1997 to "Whispering Hope" their home on Long Lake in Bridgton. She continued to work for Bridgton Health Care Center. She was Past Matron of the OES in Danvers and received the Grand Cross of Colors from the Rainbow Assembly. Her interests included Family, Camping, Playing the Slots, and being with her friends from Florida. She had a gift to see the lighter side of life which she shared with all. Besides her Husband she is survived by 3 Children; Donald and his wife Janine, Deborah and her Husband Carl, Dale and his wife Gena. Four Grandchildren; Darren, Derek, Pat and Gabby, and 3 Great Grandchildren, Her Brother Paul and his wife Janet. She was predeceased by Brothers Carl, and William. Warren We just saw the terrible news and thank you for letting us know. Our hearts are with you and your family at this time. I Remember all the great times we had at lodge and swimming in the coldest in ground pool I ever saw Lots of laughs and I will remember Donna as she was a sweet and lovely person who made everyone feel better just being around her.
