Obituary Condolences

Meredith McNeely-OBrien, age 41, of Duxbury, died Thursday October 18, 2012 at her home in Duxbury. She was the devoted wife of Frederick G. OBrien, Jr. Meredith was the loving step mother of Brenden OBrien of Maine, and loving mother of Connor, Dawson, and Madeline OBrien all of Duxbury. Born September 25, 1971 in Apopka FL, daughter of Rowena (Cunningham) McNeely and the late Daniel McNeely. She was a graduate of Florida State University and later went on to substitute teach at Silver Lake and the Hingham school system. Meredith loved to watch her children play sports, Connor with lacrosse, Dawson with baseball, and Madeline with field hockey and softball. A visitation will be held at the Cartmell Funeral Home, 150 Court St. Plymouth, on Tuesday October 23 from 4:00 till 7:00 pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held the following day at the Holy Family Church in Duxbury at 10:00 am. Burial will take place in Mayflower Cemetery in Duxbury.
