Sister Ursulina O'Rourke

Sister Ursulina O'Rourke, CSJ, a beloved member of the Sisters of Saint Joseph of Boston for 73 years, died Thursday, February 9, 2012. Beloved daughter of the late James and Florence (White) O'Rourke and sister of the late Joseph O'Rourke. Survived by her sister-in-law, Gertrude, her nephews, Brian, Robert, Richard, Kevin, Paul and John, and her niece, Maureen Sealund. Formerly missioned as a teacher at St. Joseph, Lynn; St. Catherine, Charlestown; St. John, Winthrop; Immaculate Conception, Winchester; and St. Ann, Dorchester. Sister Ursulina also ministered for many years as secretary in the Guidance Office at Fontbonne Academy. Visiting hours at St. Joseph Chapel, Fontbonne Convent, 444 Centre Street, Milton, Tuesday, February 14, 2012, 3:30-6:00p.m. Vigil Service at 6:00 p.m. Funeral Liturgy at Fontbonne Convent, February 15, 2012, at 10:00 a.m. Burial will follow at Cedar Grove Cemetery, 920 Adams Street, Dorchester.
