In Loving Memory of Rolando (Mike / Lundo) Franchitto who passed away April 25th, 2013 very unexpectedly due to an infection. He was born March 31st, 1937 in Boston, MA and barely 2 months shy of 55 years of marriage, we had a great time! He was in the Navy for 4 years, worked at Raytheon for close to 45 years and retired in Jan of 1999. He love to travel, loved challenges and meeting people which he made them laugh and smile where ever he went, he never met a stranger. He loved working on our stain glass pieces - making our own patterns, doing the lapidary, polishing the stones to make silver pendants, bracelets, earrings, watch bands and just all of it. He said it was amazing when you cut a rock or stone what you may find inside. Mike/Lundo will and is missed very much. Mike left his wife Lola, three sons Michael, Tony and Brian one grand-daughter Brianna and two brothers Tony of Natick, MA and George of Oceanside, CA. I would like to apologize for not putting this in the paper sooner as it was so sudden and unexpected that I find it hard to believe that he is not going to walk through the door soon.
