Barbara A. Clancy, 78, of Bellingham died Thursday, September 12, 2013 at the Medway Country Manor Nursing Home. Born in Milford on March 3, 1935, she was the daughter of the late John J. and Mary Laura (Fitzpatrick) Clancy. Miss Clancy was a lifelong resident of Bellingham and graduated from Bellingham High School in 1953. Before her retirement, she worked as an administrative assistant at Dynex Corp. in Ashland for many years. Miss Clancy enjoyed volunteering at the Fatima Shrine Gift Shop in Holliston. She is survived by her sister Frances Benjamin of Concord, her brother John Clancy of Bellingham and eight nieces and nephews. Graveside services will take place privately at St. Joseph Cemetery in Medway at a later date. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made in her memory to a charity of ones choice. Her family would like to extend heartfelt gratitude to the nurses and staff at the Medway Country Manor for the wonderful care and compassion that they showed Barbara.
