Elizabeth S. (Albinger) West, of Holbrook, passed away April 21, at the age of 83. Born in Pittsburg, Elizabeth was raised and educated in Brockton. She had been a resident of Holbrook since 1949. Elizabeth was an avid bingo player and sports fan, especially enjoying the Red Sox. Beloved wife of the late William West, she was the loving mother of Bill West and his wife Linda of Bridgewater, Bobby West and his wife Susan of Brockton, Richard West and his wife Karen of Concord, N.H., Mark West and his wife Nancy of Holbrook, Paul West and his wife Alice of Brockton, and the late Mary (West) Newton and her husband Gary of Holbrook; Dear grandmother of Nicole, Billy, Christy, Michele, Corrie, Ashley, Kurtis, Taryn, Tabitha, Tamra, Jimmy, Justin, and Jason. Elizabeth was predeceased by five sisters. Also survived by nine great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. Services were held at the Hurley Funeral Home, 127 South Franklin St. (Rte. 37), Holbrook, Wednesday, April 24, at 11 a.m. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend.
