Helen L. (Packard) Peaslee of Lakeville, formerly of Raynham, Brockton and Easton, died Tuesday, Jan. 4, 2011, at the Golden Living Center Oak Hill in Middleboro. She was 85 years old. She was born in Brockton, daughter of the late Frederick and Helen (McLeod) Packard. She was the loving wife of Hildreth F. Peaslee of Lakeville; the beloved mother of Diane Bonalewicz of Swansea, Gail Peaslee of Taunton and Bruce Peaslee of Raynham; devoted sister of Barbara Farnham of East Bridgewater and the late Herbert Packard, Philip Packard and Paul Packard. Also survived by four grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and was the grandmother of the late Heather Bonalewicz. Helen was a graduate of Brockton High School, Class of 1943. She was a business owner of a pet food shop and P & P Pet Food Distributors. She enjoyed doing crossword puzzles and traveling. A funeral service was celebrated Monday, Jan. 10, in Copeland-MacKinnon Funeral Home, 38 Center St., Easton. Interment in Melrose Cemetery, Brockton. Donations may in Helens memory to the
