Pelletier, Paul A. - Bedford  
Paul A. Pelletier, 75, of Bedford, died at his home on September 23, 2015. Mr. Pelletier was born in Boston on January 27, 1940, and he was the son of the late Ernest J. and Pauline (Foster) Pelletier. He was raised in Dedham, Mass. and was a graduate of Boston College High School Class of 1957, and Boston College where he received his degree in mathematics in 1961. After college, he enlisted in the Army and served from 1961 until 1967. He was honorably discharged as a captain. His family lived in Carmel, California and Bowie, Maryland before moving to Bedford in 1971. Mr. Pelletier was employed for 30 years as a systems engineer at The MITRE Corporation. He retired in 2001. He enjoyed traveling, sailing, boating and fishing. He leaves his wife, Madeleine, two daughters and their spouses, Michelle Gilligan and Brian of Andover and Lisa Gualtieri and Charles of Pelham, NH, 4 grandchildren, Sophie Gilligan, Charles, Chase and Cole Gualtieri as well as his siblings, a nephew and cousins. He was predeceased by his grandson, Christian Paul Gualtieri. Visitation was held at the Bedford Funeral Home, 167 Great Rd., Bedford, on Sunday, September 26, from 3:00 to 5:00 P.M. A private funeral and burial were planned. Interment will be in St. Joseph Cemetery in Chelmsford. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Christian Gualtieri Athletic Fund c/o Ste. Jeanne d'Arc School, 68 Dracut Street Lowell, MA 01854.
