Marilyn Natalie (Oltmans) Briggs, of Cromwell, CT, beloved wife of Richard J. Briggs for 65 years, passed away peacefully on Monday, October 7th at the age of 87. Along with her loving husband Richard, she is survived by her sons, Jeffrey Briggs and his wife, Maureen of CT and Robert Briggs of MA; a daughter, Sally Mason of CA; her sister, Margery Burgess of MA; three grandchildren and three great grandchildren. A memorial service was held to honor her life on Wednesday, October 16th at Asylum Hill Congregational Church. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Marilyn's memory to Asylum Hill Congregational Church, 814 Asylum Avenue, Hartford, CT 06105 or your favorite charity.
