Obituary Condolences

James Charles Craig, 86, of Nashua, NH and formerly of Lexington, MA died Wednesday January 15, 2014 surrounded by his family.
Born December 18, 1927 in Gulfport, MS, he was the son of the late Richard and Minnie (Long) Craig. James was the widower of Ruth (Fereshetian) Craig who died in May of 2005. He was also predeceased by three brothers, Richard, Bobby and Roy Craig and brother-in-law Paul Cox.
James proudly served in the United States Marine Corps, during World War II and the Korean War, and was honorably discharged as a Sergeant.
He worked as a plumber and enjoyed traveling with his wife, golfing, country music and spending time with his family and friends.
Survivors include his three daughters, Janet Craig and Carol Craig, both of Nashua, NH and Suzanne (Craig) Collazzo, of Milford, MA: two granddaughters, Catherine (Collazzo) Hopper and her husband Jason, of Franklin, MA and Beth Collazzo, of Marlborough, MA: three sisters and two brothers-in-law, Dorothy Cox of Gulfport, MS, Helen Fereshetian and her husband Richard, of Carlisle, MA and Betty Hendry and her husband Roger, of Gulfport, MS.
Services: Visiting hours will be private and held at the convenience of the family. A private burial will be held in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Arlington, MA. In lieu of flowers, donations in James' loving memory may be made to Second Marine Division Association (SMDA), P.O. Box 8180, Camp Lejeune, NC 28547 or to the New Hampshire Veterans Home ,139 Winter Street, Tilton, NH 03276. The Davis Funeral Home, 1 Lock St., Nashua, NH 03064 is in charge of arrangements.
