Not sure what to say?

Hello! I am just finding this wonderful Jr. Aid Web site and was saddened to read that Evie had passed away in January. We were members in Junior Aid and
worked on many projects together. I will remember her in my prayers and
send my condolances to her family. She was a great lady, with a great smile and a big heart. Beverly Butterworth McEntee, Naples, Florida, formerly of Swampscott, Mass.

Ma Baker, was a great person. She loved me like her own daughter, even when she warned to send Leslie and I to finishing school. Bakes, I'm so sorry in so many ways ...

Kit, Laurie, Leslie and Grandchildren
We are so saddened to learn of Evies' passing. For almost 60 years Evie has been our guiding light and the adhesive that has kept the UNH class of '55 together from her position as class secretary and reunion co-chair. She has been such a joy to work with and be around, always exuding life as it should be lived. As president, on behalf of the Class of '55, I thank you for sharing her with us.
Personally, Donna and I will always remember our cherished times with Evie be it at reunion planing sessions, on the golf course or anywhere in between. She was such a gracious woman, loved by all and so proud of her children's accomplishments. Evie and Bob are finally together again which we know means everything to them.
Our thoughts and prayers are with you all.

Dear Baker Family,

Charlie and I are so very sorry for your (and our) loss. She received so much love and joy from all of you. She couldn't have been more proud of her family. You should feel good about all you've been to her.

I can't think of anyone who was as thoroughly good, gracious, kind and generous as your Mom, unless it was your Dad. What an example for all of us to follow.

We will miss her so much, but will always keep her in our hearts.
And remembering how your Dad would look at her with such love, I'm sure they're happy to be together again.

All our love,
Charlie Eager and Jeannette

Kit, Laurie and Leslie and children,
We were deeply saddened by the loss of your mother/grandmother. She was a wonderful, friendly and beautiful person whom we have shared so many UNH memories with. At all of our gatherings she was the chief photographer and caught many of the UNH grads in a various set of circumstances. Our University has lost a very special person and the Class of '55 has lost a deep and treasured friend.
