Joanne Ruth Mansfield of Wolfeboro, NH formerly of Marblehead, MA, daughter of Delma Maynard and George Thorndike, died on May 29, 2012 at The Merriman House in North Conway after a very long illness. Joanne summered in Wolfeboro for many years before retiring there in 1995. Joanne is survived by her husband Philip of Wolfeboro, her son David and wife Patricia, of Marblehead, two lifelong friends, Lee and Barry Weed of Marblehead, and a friend Marion Lampron, of Wolfeboro. Funeral services will be private.
