Debra-Jean Mary "Debbie" (Brooks) Maguire, 59, of Marshfield, passed away Thursday, July 10, 2014, surrounded by her loving family. She was born Oct. 1, 1954, in Brockton, the daughter of the late Wyman W. Brooks Sr. and Elayne J. Brooks and was the first born of four siblings. Debbie was a graduate of Silver Lake Regional High School and Fisher College, earning her associate's degree. She was also a medical assistant and certified EMT. Her passion for music, weather, birds and flowers was unmatched. Her free spirit - legendary. Her family will all miss her irresistible charm, beautiful blue eyes and contagious smile. She is survived by her three loving daughters, Melissa Berberian, Lindsay Crocker and Erin Greene, all of Weymouth; her two sisters, Dawna Gardner of Wayne, Maine, and Nancy Adams of Crosby, Texas; and her brother, Wyman W. Brooks Jr. of Plymouth; as well as many cousins, including Barbara Davis of Kingston, who was regarded as a sister. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and grandchildren, all of whom meant the absolute world to her. Her friends were varied and numerous representing her most important extended family.
