We were so saddened to learn of Peg's passing. We met Peg when my mom moved into The Meadows six and a half years ago. Peg was immediately drawn to my mom and took her under her wing, "protecting" her and always looking out for her welfare. This included saving seats for her (even if it meant asking someone to vacate their seat so my mom could have it!!) I was always so grateful to know that my mom had Peg looking out for her. We felt privileged when Peg invited us for a "tour" of her room - which was a true testimonial to her impressive career at Monsanto as well as to her beloved Red Sox! Our sincere condolences to her family. We will miss Peg.

Aunt Peg taught me true love of baseball from her heart! While living in Melrose she grew to be that "Well Known Face" around town. Anyone who met her was a better person for it including me. I have been blessed with many loving, caring and amazing memories. God bless you Aunt Peg. You captured and will always hold that special place in my heart.
