Patricia A. "Pat" (Thyne) Genoa 64, of Milford, died peacefully, Sunday May 5, 2013 with her family at her side, at the home of her daughter, following a long illness. She was the wife of the late James P. Genoa who died in 2008. Born November 13, 1948 in Lowell, a daughter of Lorraine M. (Sullivan) Thyne of Milford and the late Donald J. Thyne she was a resident of Milford for many years and was a former resident of Franklin. She was raised and educated in Franklin, where she attended the former St. Mary's parochial school and was a graduate of Franklin High School Class of 1967. She was a retired school bus driver for the town of Franklin, and also worked for the Westborough Savings bank as a customer service representative. Patricia treasured time spent with her family and friends, knitting, music and computers. She is survived by a son, James P. Genoa II of Woonsocket, 3 daughters; Bernadette A. Goudreau and her husband Troy of Blackstone, Ann-Marie Dillman and her husband Warren-Scott of Uxbridge and Maureen E. Hawkins and her husband Christopher of Oviedo, Florida. She was the sister of the late Donald J. Thyne, Jr. Also surviving are her beloved grandchildren; Dominick, & Lindsay Genoa, Nicholas Goudreau, Trent Dillman, Avery and Mackenzie Hawkins. Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral Wednesday May 8th, at 9:15 AM from the Charles F. Oteri & Son Franklin Funeral Home 33 Cottage St. Franklin, with a funeral Mass in St. Mary's Church 1 Church Sq. at 10AM. Interment at St. Mary's Cemetery will be held privately.
