Frank A. Dolitka, of Newton Highlands, died at The Stone Institute in Newton Upper Falls on June 25, 2013. He was 86. Frank was born in Needham, and worked for Sherman Paper Co. in Newton and Insul Plastics in Watertown. He served in the US Army National Guard and with the Newton Police Auxiliary for many years. He was also a member of the Needham Sportsman Club. Frank was the beloved husband for 63 years of Lydia (Cifaldo) Dolitka. Father of the late David and Katherine Dolitka. Father in law of Michele Raymond Dolitka of Newton and grandfather of Christopher Raymond of Fayetteville NC and Michael Raymond of Newton. Brother of Anne McCabe of Wellesley and the late Mary Kirmelewicz, Sophie Waugh, Walter, Alexander and John Dolitka and Helen Glovasky. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Arrangements handled by the Eaton Funeral Home 1351 Highland Ave NEEDHAM A Mass of Christian Burial was held in Mary Immaculate of Lourdes Church Newton Upper Falls at 10:30 AM. Interment with Military Honors followed at St. Marys Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the American 20 Speen St., Framingham, MA 01701.
