She loved to vacation along the coast of Maine at Orrs Island and she enjoyed gourmet cooking. Being an avid reader, she conducted weekly Literary Club meetings at the Bay Path Rehabilitation & Nursing Center in Duxbury. Eleanor is survived by her brother, Alfred G. Irish of Falmouth; and two nephews, David with his wife Leslie of New York City, and Bradford of Wickford, R.I.
