Laura L. Howard

Laura Lee (Milot) Howard of Ft. Myers, Fla., formerly of Duxbury, Mass., and Norwell, Mass., passed away unexpectedly at home May 3. Laura was the loving mother of Cassandra Howard of Plymouth, Mass., Gregory Howard Jr. and Kyle Howard, both of Duxbury, Mass. She also leaves her mother, Lorraine Anderson of Gilead, Maine; her father, Jerry Milot of Billerica, Mass.; her sisters, Tammy Milot of Standish, Maine, Cheryl Becker of Hanson, Mass., Danielle Davis of Gilead, Maine; her brother, Jay Milot of Gilead, Maine; and several nieces, nephews and many friends. Laura was a loving mother, daughter, sister and friend. She followed in the footsteps of her mother, Lorraine Anderson, showing care and compassion to all those in need. Laura was a dedicated pianist, gardener and active community volunteer. She enjoyed nothing more than hosting family gatherings. She will be remembered for her beautiful smile, laughter, and free spirit. Laura graduated from Norwell High School in the Class 1979. Visiting hours were held at the Richard Davis Funeral Home, 373 Court St. (Rte. 3A), North Plymouth, Friday, May 10, from 5 to 9 p.m. A funeral Mass was held at St. Josephs Church, 268 Main St., Kingston, Saturday, May 11, at 10 a.m. Burial in the Evergreen Cemetery, Kingston.
