They loved the architecture and rural atmosphere of New England and moved to Norwell in 1981 where they purchased an 18th c. home. In addition to projects involving the restoration of the house and enlarging the gardens, she took classes in floral design at Arnold Arboretum and used this experience to supply a continuing stream of decorations for family and friends.
