Ruth A. (Scibilio) Lindblom, age 84, of Norwell, formerly of Quincy, died peacefully, Saturday, June 2, 2012, at South Shore Hospital, surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Quincy, raised and educated in Quincy schools and was a graduate of Quincy High School. She had lived in Norwell for 12 years previously 72 years in Quincy. Ruth was employed as an assembler for the Venus Wafer Company of Quincy and Hingham. She had over 30 years of service and has been retired many years. She was a member of the Norwell Counsel on Aging and the Sunshine Club. Ruth was devoted to her family. Beloved wife of the late Carl E. Lindblom, she was the devoted mother of Peter J. Lindblom, Lt., Q.F.D., retired, and his wife Debra of Norwell and the late Robert E. Lindblom; loving grandmother of Kristen M. Lindblom of California, Julie A. Berry and her husband Mark of Pembroke and Peter E. Lindblom of Somerville. One of 10 siblings, Ruth is also survived by a sister, Pauline Adamis of Reno, Nev.
