Kevin "Skittles" R. Graden, 31, died unexpectedly Sunday, July 27. A native of Norwell, more recently of Hanover, he had just moved to Braintree. He was an apprentice electrician in the IBEW Local 103 working for K & H Electrical Systems. He had previously worked for his longtime friend Blake Reardon at Stonescapes. Kevin played semi-pro football for the South Shore Chiefs, and did an annual MS walk on Team O'Reilly Factor in honor of his friend Mike O'Reilly. He also donated clothing and toys to kids at South Shore Mental Health. Kevin touched a large number of people within his short life, and will be missed by all. Son of the late Nancy (Underwood) and Howard Graden of Norwell, he was the brother of Roger Graden of Pa., Thomas Graden of De., William Graden, Sandra Elfand and Brenda Banks of N.C., Linda Graden of Norwell, Michael Graden of Plymouth, Richard Graden of Hanover, Margaret Saucier of Rockland, and the late Brian Graden of Hanson. Uncle of Jacqueline Rockett of Pembroke, Alanna Graden of Norwell, Thomas and Joseph Graden of De., Alan and Alec Graden of Pa., Christopher and Joseph Graden of N.C., Heather, Zackary and Jacob Graden of Plymouth, Tanner Graden of Hanover, Christopher, Gerard and Meghan Saucier of Rockland, and Kirsten, Aaron and Emma Banks of N.C. Great uncle of Jack and Brooklyn Rockett of Pembroke, Kaleb, Carson and Connor Graden of De. and Peyton Graden of Plymouth. Visiting hours was in the Sullivan Funeral Home, 551 Washington St, Rte 53 in Hanover on Monday, Aug. 4, from 4 - 8 p.m. Funeral service was on Tuesday, Aug. 5, at 10 a.m. at the Lutheran Church of the Cross, 77 Rockland St. in Hanover.
