Francis W. Rogers, formerly of Worcester, MA passed away on March 27, 2013 shortly after celebrating his 99 birthday about two weeks previously. He is survived by his two daughters Beverly Rogers Fallstrom and Linda Allen and her husband John of N. Eastham and also by his son Frank E. Rogers and his wife Linda of Chapel Hill, North Carolina. He is also survived by his three granddaughters Nicole Holmes of Santa Fe, New Mexico, Dr. Heather Rogers and Joanna Rogers Keaton both of Chape Hill, North Carolina. He was predeceased by his only two grandsons Michael McMenemy of Worcester, MA and David Belanger formerly of Worcester MA. He has 10 great grandchildren living in Massachusetts, North Carolina and New Mexico. He was born in Worcester to John and Mary (Feeley) Rogers and had two brothers (Thomas and John) and a sister (Helen) who also predeceased him. He spent much of his working career at Wyman-Gordon's in Worcester and Grafton and then worked as a volunteer for over a decade with the Fallon Clinic. He moved to Cape Cod five years ago to be closer to his daughters and was active at the Gathering Place at the Eastham Senior Center. Francis' services will be private, per his request.
