Mary M. Levorce of Sandwich died Easter Sunday, March 31, 2013 at the age of 86. Born in Quincy, she was the wife of the late Mario Levorce and the daughter of the late Antonio a nd Theresa Cappolo. Raised and educated in Rockland, Mary followed her love of art by taking classes at the Mass. College of Art and pursued a career in interior design. She was passionate and dedicated to all her many lifetime endeavors, whether it was the difficult job of scooping cranberries, waitressing at the Toll House Restaurant, selling real estate, or being a pastry chef extraordinaire. Gotta have my sugar! She loved being with her family and was happiest at family gatherings. She loved walking the beach, bowling, travel, days at Tradewinds, and watercolor painting. She is survived by three sons: James Denman and his wife Nancy, Anthony Levorce, and Darren Levorce and his wife, Debbie. She is also survived by three sisters Frances Ianntuoni and husband Leo, Gloria DOlimpia, and Toni Gummow and husband Donald; four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. She was also the sister of the late Salvatore and William Cappolo. Visiting hours will be held from 4 pm until the time of the funeral service at 7 pm on Wednesday, April 3, 2013 in the Nickerson-Bourne Funeral Home, 40 MacArthur Blvd. in Bourne. Burial in Blue Hills Cemetery in Braintree will be held 11:30 am on Thursday.
