Obituary Condolences

Deborah J. Johnston-Palluccio, of Plymouth, passed away on Wednesday, Nov. 13, 2013, at age 60. Born in Quincy where she was raised and educated and lived for most of her life, she moved to Plymouth 11 years ago. She worked as a dental hygienist and then for many years as a medical billing specialist at Blue Cross Blue Shield. The beloved wife of the late Paul A. Palluccio, Deborah was the loving mother of Pauline Westhaver of West Yarmouth and Jennifer Palluccio-Bowen and her husband Edward of Weymouth; dear grandmother of Jacob Bennett of Weymouth, and Erin and Kacey Westhaver of Dorchester; great-grandmother of Anthony Lewis Lomax; beloved daughter of the late David W. and Priscilla M. (Pope) Johnston; sister of Thomas J. McCarthy of Houston, TX, David W. Johnston of Portland, ME, Roger P. Johnston of Quincy, Jeffrey R. Johnston of Whitman, Heidi L. Cooper of N. Myrtle Beach, SC and the late Maureen M. Shepard of Carver and Leonard E. Johnston of Leesburg, VA; and is also survived by many nieces and nephews and her best friend Arthur Joyce of Manomet. Visiting hours will be held on Sunday, Nov. 17, from 2 to 5 p.m., immediately followed by a Memorial Service at the Dennis Sweeney Funeral Home, 74 Elm St., Quincy Center.
