Daniel Tassinari, of Plymouth, died suddenly on Jan. 30, at Beth Israel Plymouth, at the age of 78. He is survived by his beloved wife Mary (Price) of Plymouth and his daughters Sherrie Bassignani of Carver and Trisha Thompson of Sandwich. He also leaves his stepchildren Todd Moore, Craig Moore, Cathy Parmenter and Ryan Moore, his sister Delores Rooney of Dedham, 16 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren and his beloved dog Skippy. Daniel was born and raised in Plymouth and served in the U.S Army during the Korean War. He was a member of the American Legion Post 188 in Sandwich and the Moose Lodge in Manomet. Daniel enjoyed boating, fishing, carving and building little boats, gardening, loved animals and especially spending time with his family. Visiting hours will be held at the Richard Davis Funeral Home, 373 Court St (Rte 3A), N. Plymouth on Thursday, Feb. 6, from 3 to 7 p.m. A funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Friday, Feb. 7, at 10 a.m. followed by burial at St. Josephs Cemetery in Plymouth.
