Obituary Condolences

William E. Eddy, of Carver formerly of Plymouth, died at home on Feb. 6, at the age of 85. He is survived by his beloved wife Joyce (Harrington) of Carver and his daughters Lynn Cook of Plymouth and Sarah Rogers of Carver. He also leaves his sister Anna Jenkins of Malta, N.Y.; his 3 grandchildren Sarah Franklin, Timothy Cook and Kris Rogers and his 1 great-grandson Kolton Franklin. Father of the late Evelyn Sutliff. William was born in Greenwich, N.Y. and lived in Plymouth before moving to Carver 27 years ago. He served in the U.S. Navy during the Korean Conflict and worked for H&L Bloom. William was a member of the VFW Post 1822 in Plymouth and enjoyed woodworking, gardening and especially spending time with his family. Visiting hours was held on Tuesday, Feb. 11, at the Richard Davis Funeral Home, 373 Court St (Rte 3A), No. Plymouth from 4:30 to 7 p.m. Burial private.
