Dennis A. Armstrong, age of 58, of Randolph, passed away at home Oct. 21. Born in Boston, Dennis was raised and educated in Randolph, where he was a lifelong resident. He worked as a truck driver for Waste Management. Dennis coached softball in the St. Bernadettes League and enjoyed fishing. He was the beloved husband of Cynthia (Holland) Armstrong; loving father of Dennis Armstrong Jr. of Randolph, and Kristen Armstrong of R.I.; devoted brother of James Armstrong of East Bridgewater, Michael Armstrong of Raynham, Susan Macaleese of Holbrook, and the late David and Allan Armstrong; dear grandfather of Devin, Jenna, and Mia; son of the late James and Cynthia (Ford) Armstrong. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. A funeral service was held at the Hurley Funeral Home, 134 South Main St. (Rte. 28), Randolph, Saturday, Oct. 26, at 10 a.m. Visiting hours were Friday 4-8 p.m. Interment was private.
