Mrs. Mildred L. (McLeod) Inman, 87, of Winter St., died Saturday at the Kaplan Family Hospice House in Danvers. She was the wife of the late Harold S. Inman, Jr. Born, raised and a lifelong resident of Saugus, she was the daughter of the late Walter and Dora (Coffee) McLeod. Mrs. Inman graduated from Saugus High School and retired from the Saugus Public Schools as a cafeteria worker at the Veterans School. She also worked for many years at Sears in Saugus. She leaves one son, Robert W. Inman and his wife Carol of No. Reading; one daughter, Janice L. Shofner and her husband Neil of Vero Beach, FL; one brother, Donald MacLeod of Lynnfield and St. Petersburg, FL and many nieces and nephews. Mildred was predeceased by her parents and 7 brothers and sisters. Funeral Services were held at the Bisbee-Porcella Funeral Home, 549 Lincoln Ave., Saugus, Wednesday, October 12th at 10:30 a.m. Visitation was prior to the services from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Interment followed at Riverside Cemetery, Saugus.
