She will be so missed - I worked with her long distance @ Fidelity thru the testing group in Covington, KY - she was such a doll and incredibly helpful. Our condolences to all of you and remember that she will always live on thru your hearts and the music. God Bless! Suzanne

This news comes as such a shock. Carolyn and I worked together at Fidelity for many years. I considered her a friend and a loving mother and grandmother. She used to brag about her family all the time. Even after her retirement she would share pictures of all the "grands" and was thilled to become a great-grand. I will really miss her and her great sense of dry humor. During one of our really difficult projects she coined a phrase for measuring our stress level that I use to this day. "Are you 'whelmed', over-whelmed or under-whelmed?" My sincerest condolences to the family, I'm sorry that you lost such a great lady.

At work, Carolyn's wit and wisdom kept us level-headed while working on tight deadlines in the systems world. I counted her as a friend at work with whom I shared many stories and laughs, and love of theater and arts. My life was enriched by knowing her, and she will be missed.
