Following her husband's passing in 1993, she moved to Southampton to be near her son in 1996. She loved watching little children at play; and was enamored of the arts, literature, music, comedy, stage & screen. -- In addition to being a compassionate, generous, mother who encouraged and actively supported her son, David, in his own creative endeavors. Both Sylvia and her husband enjoyed simple pleasures such as summer vacations in New Englang with their son, her sister's family, nephews & aunts; delicatessen, seafood & home-cooked meals; and, regularly visiting & playing cards with relatives including her dear Aunt Ida Freedman of Randolph, who is now almost 103 years of age. She is also survived by her only son, David Fine, of Southampton; and her dedicated sister, Evelyn Seftell, of Vero Beach, FL.
