Kevin Mahoney Obituary

Kevin J. Mahoney of Stoughton, passed away suddenly Oct. 14, 2011. He was the devoted son of Raymond J. and B. Christene (Gannaway) Mahoney of Braintree; loving brother of Keren M. Jones and her husband Rick of Mansfield and his twin sister Kathy A. LaRosee and her husband Howie of Braintree; much beloved uncle of eight nieces and nephews; and a host of friends. A funeral Mass was held Oct. 20, in St. Clares Church, Braintree. Donations in memory of Kevin may be made to Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, 60 Walnut St. No.102, Wellesley, MA 02581. I got notification that the guestbook will go offline, I just want to say to the family again, how often I think of Kevin. Something will often remind me of a funny conversation we had or food he liked. I will miss him always. I cant believe its been 2 yrs. Im sure he's an angel watching over all his family and friends.

To the Mahoney family, My deepest condolences, although I only knew Kevin for the last few years, he was like a brother to me. I will miss our Scrabble games, impromptu lunches and having a shared dinner while watching a ballgame. I will miss him terribly.

I will always remember Kevin coming home to atlas rd. taking the fishing rods out of his station wagon giving a friendly smile and wave. And sitting outside listening to him play his music from the upstairs window.
