Paul M. Hurley, of Holbrook, formerly of Dorchester, passed away April 21, 2014, at the age of 77. Loving and devoted husband for nearly 55 years to Catherine W. (Talbot) Hurley. Loving father of Donna (Hurley) ODonnell of Whitman, Paul T. Hurley of Whitman, Marilyn Fraser and her husband Jack of Stoughton, Mike Hurley and his wife Patty of Plymouth and Timothy Hurley of Marshfield. Cherished grandfather of Robert and Ryan ODonnell, Brandon, Breyanna, Kristina and Noah Fraser. Devoted brother of Gerry Patton of Fla. and Marilyn Sullivan of Lexington. Nephew of Pauline Blenner-Hassett of Canada. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Paul was born in Boston and had lived in Dorchester before moving to Holbrook 42 years ago. He was a Corporal in the US Marine Corp. during the Korean Conflict. He was a retired bus driver for the MBTA where he had worked for 35 years. He was also a member of the Carmans Union, Local #589, the American Legion and the Knights of Columbus. Relatives and friends were respectfully invited to attend visiting hour Thursday, April 24, from 5 to 8 p.m. in the Cartwright Funeral Home, 69 So.
