Obituary Condolences

Mark Evan (Jones) McCue, 59, of Swampscott, Massachusetts, beloved husband of the late Anne (Raby) McCue, died unexpectedly Monday, June 4, 2012, at home. He was born February 3, 1953, in Teaneck, New Jersey, son of the late Walter and Mary Ellen (Murphy) Jones. Mark was a graduate of the University of Hartford, Class of 1992, where he received his Bachelor of Arts degree in History. A fan of rock-music icons Eric Clapton and Jimi Hendrix, Mark began playing electric guitar while in high school. Mark will be remembered for his patient craftsmanship, his fondness for music of all kinds, his enjoyment of baseball, his intelligence, humor, and generosity, and his love for his wife, Anne. He is survived by his sister, Colleen Jones; his brothers, Andrew and Patrick Jones; his sisters-in-law, Kay and Mia Jones; nine nieces and nephews, including his goddaughter, Stephanie; and two great-nephews.
