Cynthia J. Bevivino, 64, passed away Sept.14, 2013 after her long battle with cancer, at her home in Walpole, MA surrounded by her family. She was the wife of Charles Bevivino for 42 years. She is also survived by her son Mark and his wife Erin of Mt. Pleasant, SC, her son Dan and his wife Melissa of Worcester, MA, as well as her 5 grandchildren, Maxwell (6), Lucy (4), Callie (4), Olive (14 months) and Wesley (11 months). Better known as Cindy, she was born in Norwood on July 20, 1949 to Constance (Spurling) Eck of SW Harbor, ME and the late William T. Eck. She also is survived by her brother David and his wife Lois of Kingston, MA and her brother William Eck and his fiance Tina Eosco of Mansfield. She graduated from Norwood High and the Peabody School of Nursing. Throughout her career, she worked in nursing at Norwood Hospital as well several nursing homes. Later in her career she switched to pediatric care. Besides her love for her family and friends her passion and hobby was cooking. She will be greatly missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing her. There will be a service in her honor at Grace Episcopal Church on Chapel St in Norwood, on Sunday Sept 29th at 1 PM.
