The Gang at Bryce Canyon (no Millers though)

Susan and Tony Miller were important members of the Bloomfield (NJ) Garden Apartment Group, which included the Foxes, the Babsons, the Atteridgs, the Kinneys, the Mohrmans, the Parsons, the Marlatts and another Princeton classmate of Tony's who I can't place now but we inherited a couple of wing chairs from him. We all raised kids together and had group parties. Then, when we had spread all across the United States, Louise Atteridg got us having annual reunions, traveling across the country to each other's residences. This continued until about 5 years ago. When our daughter Lisa had Sam in 1990, Betty Fox stayed with the Millers in NYC. Then, after Betty died in 1992, Susan - then a widow - and I started a long distance romance that could not last. I'll never forget Susan, she was a wonderful person.

"I know the young gentlewoman; she has good gifts."
--Shakespeare.
I knew Susan as Aunt Susan, of the Middleton parallel family, the Millers, whose paters Tony and Elliott grew up together on Melrose Place in Montclair, had the same gender kids within months four times over, with Fred being my doppelganger, also friends throughout growing up in Montclair.... Aunt Susan enjoyed a great life, did a lot of good, and will be missed. Love to all the extended Miller family from Spike, Val, Jess and Andrew Middleton

If Susan's son Fred is any reflection of who she was, Susan must have been quite a wonderful person, who has left us all a legacy in her children. Our prayers and thoughts are with you all at this time of loss; may your sorrow be tempered by the joy she gave. My warmest condoleances to you.

I sincerely offer my condolences to the family. Words seem insufficient at this difficult time. Although nobody denies the certainty of death, we all need comfort in the reality of it. May you find real comfort and relief, and as a result, begin to recover gradually from the pain. Love from those around you will help you through the days ahead. The precious memories of your loved one will bring you comfort.
