Deborah J. Burton Obituary
Deborah J. "Debbie" (Ryan) Burton, age 63, of Weymouth, formerly of Brockton and Quincy, died peacefully, Monday, January 1, 2018 at South Shore Hospital. Debbie was born in Quincy to the late Richard M. and Barbara J. (MacDougall) Ryan. She was a graduate of Quincy High School, Class of 1972, and had lived in Weymouth for eighteen years, previously in Brockton and Quincy. She was a former employee of the Boston Mutual Insurance Company. Debbie enjoyed family vacations and gatherings at Lake Winnipesaukee in New Hampshire and also winters in Florida with family and friends. She was dedicated to her family and especially to her children and cherished granddaughters, actively supporting all their activities and accomplishments. She was the beloved mother of Kristin J. McAdam of Weymouth, Robert N. Burton, Jr. and his wife Michelle of Easton. Devoted grandmother of Ryann and Reese. Dear sister of Janice R. Blackwell of Florida, Richard W. Ryan and his wife Kathy of Weymouth. Debbie is also survived by many nieces and nephews, loving family members and friends. Services will be conducted at the Sweeney Brothers Home for Funerals, 1 Independence Avenue, Quincy on Saturday, January 6 at 11 a.m. Relatives and friends are invited to attend.
