Helen L. Krasinski Obituary
Helen Louise (Ricker) Krasinski, daughter of the late Roscoe Raymond and Williamina (Laing) Ricker, of Quincy and Fitzwilliam N.H., wife of the late John Edwin Krasinski, died peacefully at her home of nearly 75 years at the age of 95 on Sunday, November 6, 2016. She leaves two sisters, Mary Tommila of Fitzwilliam, N.H., and the late Frances M. Kent of Weymouth, Mass., and three brothers, Edwin Ned Ricker of Contoocook, N.H., Richard Dick Ricker of Rockledge, Fla., and the late William L. Ricker of Feasterville, Pa. Loving mother to Peter Edwin Krasinski, Linda J. Krasinski, Jean L. Eisenstadt, and Dawn J. Walker, and grandmother of Owen Biddle of Nashville, Tenn., Alexander John Eisenstadt, Barbara Kateri Krasinski, and the late Benjamin Edwin Eisenstadt, all of Boston. She also will be remembered by many nieces and nephews. A lifelong active member of Bethany Congregational Church in Quincy, Helen was also an accomplished cellist, member of Quincy Symphony Orchestra and Massasoit Senior Orchestra for many decades. Her adventurous spirit took her hiking, biking, traveling and into the ocean waves even when the water was too cold for everyone else. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent in her memory to Bethany Congregational Church, 18 Spear Street, Quincy, MA 02169 and/or the Quincy Symphony Orchestra, PO Box 2, Wollaston, MA 02170.
