Janet Duggan Obituary
Janet Duggan entered into eternal rest August 12, 2017. Born and raised in Quincy, she raised her family in Braintree before retiring to South Weymouth. She will forever be remembered by her sons Mark Duggan of So. Weymouth, Stephen Duggan of N.H. and Matthew Duggan of Hanson. She will be sadly missed by her grandchildren Molly, Matthew and Hannah of So. Weymouth, Eli and Everlyn of NH. She leaves her loving sister Margret Marden of Wilmington and is predeceased by her brother George Anderson. After retiring from Motorola she spent many years volunteering at South Shore Hospital, Lutheran Social Services and Meals on Wheels. She was an active member of Old South Union Church, the Red Hatters and the Weymouth Garden Club. Janet enjoyed the simple things in life walking Webb Park, movies, and her passion for the Christmas season, however her greatest love was spending quality time with her grandchildren. A celebration of her life will be held Tuesday, August 29 at 6 pm at the Old South Union Church, 25 Columbian St. So. Weymouth.
