Thomas Scotty Fagan of Weymouth, died Sept. 11, 2013. He was 80. Scotty grew up in Scotland and had lived in Weymouth for over 40 years. In his early years, he was a Merchant Marine in Scotland. He worked locally as a millwright for many years, establishing his own companies, Balfour Engineering and SHF Associates Inc. He was a hardworking man and worked on big projects including the Northern Avenue Bridge and the Fore River Bridge. He will be remembered for his sense of humor and outgoing nature. Beloved husband of Mary (Atkinson) Fagan of Weymouth, he was the devoted father of Anne Nancy Antonellis of Brockton and Patricia Passamonti of Weymouth; cherished grandfather of Nina, Daniel, Jonathan, Samantha and Cameron.
