Elizabeth L. Lavelle Obituary
Elizabeth L. Lavelle, of Wellesley Hills, May 22, 2013. Betty was born Dec. 19, 1940, in Neenah WI a daughter of Harold and Cecilia Reimer and married William G. Lavelle on Jan. 13, 1970, in Menasha WI. She attended Cardinal Stritch University and graduated from the University of Wisconsin, Madison, with a B.S. in Medical Technology. She was a member of the American Society of Clinical Pathology and was the chief medical technologist for the Department of Hematology at San Francisco General Hospital. Elizabeth was also a licensed real estate agent. Betty grew up in Menasha, lived in San Francisco for five years, and eventually settled in Massachusetts where she resided in Winchester, Wellesley, and Wingaersheek Beach for over forty years. During that time she enjoyed tennis, cooking and entertaining, and particularly traveling with her family. She attended St. John the Evangelist Church in Wellesley. Betty is survived by her husband, sons William R. Lavelle of Providence, RI and J. Patrick Lavelle of Lincoln, RI, and sisters Barbara Biolo of Norway, MI and Mary Hoffman of Menasha, WI.
