RED JACKET, W.Va. — Eva Hinkle, 44, of Red Jacket, passed away after a long battle with cancer Friday, August 23, 2013, at the Appalachian Regional Hospital.
Born October 26, 1968, at Detroit, Mich., she was a daughter of Troy Gail Hinkle of Cedar Springs, Mich., and the late Peggy Grimmett Hinkle.
Eva was a homemaker.
Additionally, those left behind to cherish her memories include her longtime companion, Danny Bandy, and their children, Christopher Troy and Cody Dwight Bandy, all of Red Jacket; brothers, Brian Hinkle of Taylorville and Scott Ray of Pikeville; sister, April Hinkle of Blackberry City, W.Va., and several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Services will be held at at 11 a.m. Tuesday, August 27, at Chafin Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Hatfield Cemetery at Newtown.
Visitation will be from 6-9 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
